The space is 2,655 square feet with 11-foot ceilings, so mid-sized events feel full and lively, never lost. **What’s included in a rental?** Every rental is **eight hours**: 2 hours to set up, 5 hours for your event, and 1 hour to break down. Tables and clear chairs are set up for you, with linens and napkins, bars, ice, coolers, and chafing dishes for warming food. **Can I bring my own caterer?** Yes. Work with one of our partner caterers, or bring your own as long as they’re licensed and insured. **Can I decorate and choose my own theme?** That’s the whole idea. The room is a clean white canvas with clear chairs and linens in white, ivory, black, or gold, plus ceiling perimeter lighting that can glow any color you want. **Can I tour the venue before booking?** Absolutely.
