How many guests can the venue hold?
Up to 150 seated guests, with room for a dance floor. The space is 2,655 square feet with 11-foot ceilings, so mid-sized events feel full and lively, never lost.
What’s included in a rental?
Every rental is eight hours: 2 hours to set up, 5 hours for your event, and 1 hour to break down. Tables and clear chairs are set up for you, with linens and napkins, bars, ice, coolers, and chafing dishes for warming food.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes. Work with one of our partner caterers, or bring your own as long as they’re licensed and insured.
Can I decorate and choose my own theme?
That’s the whole idea. The room is a clean white canvas with clear chairs and linens in white, ivory, black, or gold, plus ceiling perimeter lighting that can glow any color you want.
Can I tour the venue before booking?
Absolutely. Call (689) 232-7232 to set up a time to see the space in person.
Is there a place to get ready?
Yes. There’s a private suite for the bride, birthday celebrant, or host, plus private ladies’ and men’s restrooms.
Do you offer event planning?
Event coordination and planning help are available as an add-on. Ask us when you check your date.
How much does it cost?
Every event is a little different. Call or send an inquiry with your date and guest count, and we’ll put together a quote.

2655 Ocoee Apopka Road in Apopka, FL 32703, with an easy drive from Ocoee, Orlando, and the rest of Central Florida, and none of the downtown congestion.
